How do I make an order?

Browse the product section of the website and add any items you wish to buy into the 'shopping basket'. Each personalised item has a text box for you to type in the name you want to appear on the item. Once you have found everything you are looking for, click on 'checkout' where you will be asked a few details to complete your order.

Can you make a one off for me?

Yes. We offer a bespoke service for collection of towels. If you would like any of the products in a different style, colour or size from those seen on the website, please contact us by email rachel@jollyfine.co.uk

How can I pay?

Follow the steps on the website taking you through to PayPal's express checkout where all major debit/credit cards are accepted. If you would prefer to pay with a cheque or BACs you may email us with your order and we will contact you to arrange payment.

Where will you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the UK and are happy to arrange a quote to send our products further afield. Just email us with your enquiry.

How much is postage?

UK and Channel Islands standard postage is £4. 

Tracked and signed delivery to Europe is £12. Tracked and signed delivery to Rest of World is £20.

How long will it take?

We aim to dispatch non personalised orders by the next working day and personalised items and bespoke orders can take up to 10 days. If you need something urgently, please telephone us and we can discuss your requirements.

It's a present, can you gift wrap? 

Yes we can. Instead of using paper we use a reusable fun star print cotton drawstring bag to wrap our products in tied with a red ribbon and a hand written gift tag.


Can I speak to someone about my order?

Yes you can. We are a small independent company and therefore may not always be available to answer the telephone, it is likely that our hands will be stitching. If we miss your call we will call you back as soon as we can.

Will the products look exactly the same as the ones on the website?

While every effort has been made to ensure that the photographs on this website are a true and accurate representation of the actual colours, the variety of computer monitors in use means we cannot guarantee that these colours will be accurately reproduced on your own screen. Also, please note that most items are hand made to order and products can vary slightly in design and look.

Can I return an item?

If you are not happy with your order you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We regret personalised products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if we have made a mistake.
